Using Proof.

Proof: Daily Accountability is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. No custom license replaces that agreement.

Proof helps you plan work, focus and reflect on progress. Its scores and suggestions are personal planning aids. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace professional advice. You control your goals, optional integrations and enabled rules.

Proof is free and has no active paid subscription. Permissions can be declined or revoked. Local records and any exports you choose to keep are under your control.

Social and community guidelines

Social is optional. By joining it you agree to these guidelines. Proof has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

• No harassment, bullying, threats or hate.
• No sexual content, and nothing that endangers anyone, including encouraging self-harm.
• No spam, scams, links, contact details or advertising in names, bios, captions or comments.
• No impersonating anyone. Posts are made from what you record; don't use them to mislead.
• You must be 13 or older to use Social.

You can report any post, comment or profile, and mute or block anyone. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed, profile text can be reset, and the accounts responsible are suspended or removed. You can delete your account in the app at any time. If someone may be in danger, contact local emergency services first.
